I provide individual therapy services for adults in New York State. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are coping with anxiety and depression, dealing with life transitions and grief, processing trauma, navigating relationship issues, and exploring one's identity.

I have worked in a variety of settings over the last 16 years of my clinical experience, including a hospital, non-profit organization, group practice, and a college counseling center. I began my career in the field of human rights, specifically supporting immigrants seeking asylum and individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, engaging in non-suicidal self-injurious behavior, college athletes, general college mental health, adolescents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.  These experiences laid the foundation for my career as a psychotherapist. I strive to integrate social justice and a deep respect for the dignity and worth of every person into the therapeutic space.

I provide clinical supervision for clinical providers and I am a certified "SIFI" field instructor for social work graduate degree programs. On occasion, I offer documentation for asylum immigration cases and for gender affirming procedures.

I am a native New Yorker, a mom, an avid concert goer, and a lover of running.
